LS2 performance products?

LS2 performance products? I have a 05 ls2 out of a GTO it is carbureted and in a ford ranger desert
truck. It only has about 25k miles on it but they are hard miles !! I do 300
mile desert races running this thing through all sorts of conditions and wide
open for long periods of time. Im starting to get a little blow by ? smoke
coming out of my head breathers. So I have to fix that before It gets worse
or I blow it up. I really wanna do a cam and some
upgrades what would you recommend? im looking to spend around 2k-2500
and hopefully make this baby a lot faster but still RELIABLE .. what do you
think?piston, rings, cam, lifters, valve springs, pushrods, rockers? or should
I just do piston and rings cam and different heads? any help would be
greatly appreciated? thanks

what is a good set of heads? the stock ls3 or l92 heads? or should I buy already completely built set ? wich company or part number would help.. and whats a good cam that I can run ? comp ***** thumpr?

You could have your heads ported, buy a cam and springs and just have your block work .Done Deal. TEA, WCCH....etc all do programs for your heads.When your done call Martin at Tick Perf. cams tell him what you had done and FIN.
