So ive been havin a few problems w/ my Ls...been having temp probs so i recently changed my thermostat,radiator cap,and burped the fluids to make sure so air bubbles are in it...yet I can drive for a while at good temp (210°) then I stopand I start getting a little white smoke out of one of my tailpipes...just got my head gaskets replaced so it couldnt be that....I noticed a flutter right by the steering column..so I unplug my smog hose (which I will cap off soon) and with the car off I blow in the hose which runs along the side going towards the lights leading to the smog pump ...it sounds like water in it? It also seems water will come out my tailpipes if I rev it on idle...
Head problem? If so should I swap for 243's or 317's (ive heared alot about compression ratios being diff for the two)
Smog problem? what are syptoms of bad smog pump?
