Default Going to LS3 Style Heads can I convert my Fast 102?

So I currently have ported LS6 Heads on the car and a Fast 102 with a Nick Williams 102 TB.

I have an offer of a Ported LS3 in trade for my Fast 102. I am interested in taking the trade but I am not sure its the right choice. I have a Fast 102 an going to a Ported LS3 seems like a step backwards.

So what I wanted to find out is the difference between the LS3 Style Heads I am going with and the LS6 Heads I currently have just the intake ports when it comes to the intake manifold? Or did the angle's change for the intake matching up as well?

Should I trade for the Ported LS3 or can I swap the bases on these intakes? I thought they were able to be torn apart now and I was not sure if this was an option.

I believe the runners are specific to the intake too.

ported ls3 manifolds have been showing greater gains than the fast on N/A applications and yes it would require a manifold change to rectangular port
