1000+rwhp TT Camaro Build Was out having fun in AGP turbo TT Camaro shop car and the stock L99 didn't like 20psi of boost. We were trying to pop it and kept turning it up until it let go. Factory l99 auto didn't like the 900+ft/lbs of torque. Time to put a built motor in it and make 1000-1200rwhp and looking for suggestions.
We want to stay aluminum block for weight. I have a Livernois built LSX 427 in my car that is awesome and they are near the top of the list but wanted to check on some other builders. ERL superdeck 427 is #1 right now. Car has WCCH ported LSA heads which will be moved over. Was thinking of a 416 ls3 but I don't think the stock block would handle 1000+ for very long.
Suggestions?
