Default GMPP LSX LS7 heads?

Anyone running these heads on a boosted motor i have a set of as-cast and was planning on having them CNC'd, change the exh. valves and springs but when all said and done that puts them up in the 3K range would i be better with another head already done like the PRC's? They are going on a twin 427 that will make around 1000whp give or take not real high boost maybe 18psi max.

I would just do the PRC heads. For $3k you can get them built with Ti valves ready to go.

I was originally going to do the PRC's but could not find any info. on them and the heads i have already have TI intake valves. i think the TI valve upgrade on the PRC's puts them in the $3200 range plus shipping. I dont think they will flow any better then the GM's once ported.
Many of the big name porter's have the program for the heads i was probably going to let Richard at WCCH do them.

We have used the GM LSX heads on several boosted builds. We can set them up in a variety of ways.

So are they decent? Whats your pricing on CNC'ing them with SS exh. valves and dual springs/TI retainers?

i have a set that i had a local company CNC port. they got great numbers out of them and the gm as cast complete price can't be beat.. they come with ti valves and decent parts. going on a 2010 with a lax 427 f1r 19# of boost. let me know if i can help you choose.
