Turbo L33 Questions
Turbo L33 Questions I know this has probably been covered in the past but I am looking into boosting my 5.3 l33. I have read that these engines can handle boost very well even with the stock bottom end. so my question is what would need to be done to the engine to be able to be more reliable and hold lower boost pressures like 10 or 12psi? I've heard head bolts, head gaskets and ARP rod bolts are all that's needed but i just want to hear from people with first hand experience.
Also this engine is going into a Nissan 350z so it has all of the car swap goodies on it already.
