Refreshining my stroker

Refreshining my stroker I think its time to refreshin my tsp 408...so im wondering what type of bearings i should go with and what to look for? Im also thinkin about stepping up my internals to a more higher end ...or should i stay with the motto if it aint broken dont fix it.
How many miles does it have and what's the reasoning for wanting a refresh?
What parts do you have now? Do you plan on running much more boost to feel the need for higher end stuff?

Motor has abou 45k miles on it...
My internals consist of eagle rods and eagle crank...
I feel like either steppin up to a better rotating to stand a higher nitrous shot or just incase i switch my mind and go to boost
Currently has diamons pistons
