LS7 Heads fix !

LS7 Heads fix ! I need to fix my heads just to be on the safe side from the valve guide issue.
But since my location is far from the US. I dont have that much of options
After spending too much time reading about this problem. Figured i have to change , exhaust valves,guides + springs. Did i miss something ?
I can't send my heads to wcch or any other good company, cuz it will cost a lot. Thats why I think i have two options, either to buy the heads parts (valves+guides+springs) and have them installed at performance shop here in saudi or buy a set of heads with upgraded parts and install them.
Questions :
1-Is installing the guides difficult ? I didn't ask shops here, but I need to know if this can be done easily or it's a critical thing.
2-What effect there will be when installing heavier valves ?
3-What good companies provide heads or the upgrade parts ?

1) Any reputable machine shop SHOULD be able to do this. But its best to have someone familiar w/LS7s do it IMO
2) You always want valves as light as you can afford.
3)WWCH, TSP, ALLPRO all come to mind. TSPs seem to be best bang for the buck.

Pulled my heads off of a 2006 z06 with 42000, sorry but next sentence deserves its own line.
ALL 16 GUIDE OUT OF SPEC.
Machine shop didn't even waist time checking the clearance on the exhaust. The exhaust look just like all your "wiggle test videos.
Machine shop calls back the next day. All 8 intake guides are out of spec by 4~8 thousands.
I would not recommend installing your own guides in, considering GM can't even get it right.
