Default Cam lift..

Hello Every body ...
Hope u all good times..
Friend of mine speced me a camshaft
without the lifts..my car is ve ss l98 engine
Non dod ...
Specs are
216/224
117+2 lsa
Can any give me the exact lifts
And I am going with lunati custom cams

If we'd be able to guess exactly what lift you had, we wouldn't be on here. We'd be out guessing correctly on lottery numbers and being billionaires.

the problem is the guy who speced me that cam is dissapeared....
what can I do...
Is there any formula for the lift calculation?

get out a caliper. lobe dia vs base circle dia = lobe lift.

Not my video, but same process. Multiply the lobe lift by your rocker ratio (1.7 for ls1) for your net lift.

Yup. Then multiply by your rocker ratio to get your net lift.

Im new on cams and stuff..
I told friend of mine order it for me
Once I gave him the int/exh & LSA
He Askes :lifts??
And I told'em I Don't got it ..
..And he keeps telling me about the lift stuff..
I'm in trouble now):

Just start over and get someone to spec a cam for you. If they don't know the lift, nothing has been cut yet.
