You aren't making 450 rwhp with the LS6 intake and unported 243s even through the 10 bolt. My LS1 setup made 475/430rw and it had AI heads, AI cam, and Fast 92/92. If your set on using the TR5 plugs you are probably going to have to change the gap a little. The should be at .039 out of the box. TR55 are .059 out of the box.
