Which lifters to go with?
Which lifters to go with? I'm going to be doing a crate LS3 swap in my 02 SS.
I already have the Tick Performance Stage 1 LS3 cam package. I also want to port the heads & intake manifold. Any kind of info about porting the heads would be great as well...1st time getting this far in to the engine work.
I want to go ahead and get some lifters. I was thinking about the LS7 lifters, will these hold up to the mods I have planned? I'm really looking at them for the price but I can save up for others.
Or what lifters would you guys suggest?

We are doing a really short GP on the Morel drop ins. 5 sets and they are gone. WE also have the ls7 lifters for a killer price, BUT you didnt list the entire mod setup you are looking at doing. The morel drop ins are great for up to 6500 and decent spring pressure.

Maybe no one has touch on the fact that Morel makes drop in lifters also? I did just mention them or so i thought.... And they will leave you with more money in your pocket than the slrs.

Verdad Gallardo I kind of forgot about this thread. I emailed Martin @ Tick and he recommended the Morel 5315's. Along with the comp cams trunion upgrade kit.
