Default Ls3 shortblock with 243 heads, no REV? not running?

Hey guys, I have a 350z that used to have an ls1 in it. I have MTI CNC ported heads, which used to be 243's. I just put an ls3 shortblock in it,and reused the heads and intake. I did go with bigger cam 233/248.
Anyway,I got it all together, and having problems revving it or letting it run more than 10min. I bought the lingenfelter trg-002 conversion module too for the reluctor readings on crank. I can get it to crank, but won't run more than a couple minutes. And I can't rev it past like 1,500rpms. Sounds like I have 2 step.
I even had my tuner come by, still no luck. Ran a couple tests, but nothing. Even swapped crank sensors. Checked grounds, power, wiring, etc.

Any thoughts or ideas?

How long has it been sitting since it last ran with the old engine? Have you checked fuel psi? Maybe the injectors are a bit clogged...

Yes fuel pressure is right. It's been probably about 2 weeks since it ran. And I moved it every now and then and it ran fine. That lingenfelter box, seems to be flashing red red red green, which means it's losing signal to crank.
I got it to run for couple minutes, but won't let me rev it.

So I'm not getting an RPM signal. Which means no crank signal. I've changed sensors and harness. Any other ideas?

Yes, I'm running an ls3 crank sensor. The gray sensor. I've event tried 2 different Lingenfelter conversion boxes.

could it be that the crank reluctor (sp?) is running out or is mistimed or even loose?

What do u mean the reluctor wheel is running out?
My next guess was the reluctor too! All the teeth are there, looks pretty centered. I'd really hate for it to be that though! I bought the rotating assembly with only 600 miles on it too!

Meaning does the reluctor wobble as the crank is rotated. If the runout is out of spec it would certainly cause a loss of signal.

Do you need to do crank relearn? My new build required me to use my SCT do do crank relearn to let computer know correct position then all was good after that, just a thought.

Hmmm.. I laid under the car and had someone spin the crank as I watched the crank. Seemed fine, but I guess hard to tell if it wobbles while running. Looked pretty straight.
How do you do a crank relearn?
