Default Wideband not changing for PE

Well my car has been driving me insane lately and i contribute it to my AEM wideband. Just after putting a Nitrous outlet plate kit on my GTO when doing tuning for it on the dyno when it would get up higher in the R's it would go dead lean. So we shut it down I thought maybe it needed more fuel so I put a DW300 pump in it and tried the spray again, doing the same thing. I run E85 in the car and I have even replaced the sensor and wiring harness for the gauge, however when I drive the car now the wideband is reading 14.8 for cruising and when you get on it the wideband does not show any richer! I am going to attach a log file of just some varied driving, if anyone can take a look at it and let me know what they think that would be great. I have also looked for a vacuum leak anywhere I can think.
