408 tune question

I got a 408 with a tsp 244/248 cam fast ported 102/102 dart ported 225 heads,i changed the heads to TFS 245s should i get a new tune,its in a 01 SS

Yes you would need the tune touched up for the much bigger and better flowing intake port.
