I need to upgrade my valve springs, and I have a set that are 1.375 OD. I have understood the spring pocket diameter is 1.300. I just wanted to see if anyone knew for sure.

I got you I'm on xbox live and watching NFL highlights will return give me a second. If you go to PAC springs look up there biggest LS spring. Check and see what you got.

Factory Ls7 heads can go up to 1.55 by my records. Its on writen file I didn't want 2 stop racing.

No, that is not correct unless you do some trick **** with the spring pockets. Stock is around 1.30", so a 1.375" probably won't fit or might even have an interference fit.

Good looking out KCS. I just knew my partner Grant used some big springs and had it written down. I assume the heads are off, so spring pocket machining vs new springs. As the old NFL motto went you make the call. lol...
