mating LS3 to TH400, which starter to use?
mating LS3 to TH400, which starter to use? Hello. I am new to the LS world ,but, I am mating a 2010 LS3 from a Camaro to a TH400. I am wondering what starter is recommended? I know the LS3 in the Camaro uses a different starter than other LS engines that apparently is sized differently. I have been told I can use a regular 6.0 starter, or any starter from a 6.2 from 2007 and up. I have looked at the Cadillac escalade and the starter for 2007 is a different part number than 2009. However, the 2009 escalade has the same starter part number as the 2009 Silverado with the 6.2..Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks in advance
