Seems like an odd choice for LS2 heads and the stock stall.

You can do better for your setup and driven daily.

That grind is an excellent choice for an OE casting head. This camshaft will sound great make good linear power be super drive able and respond well to cubic inch as well as power adders. O.E. converter will be fine. It's a win win all around grind for most LS street cars.

A stock LS2 head requires 12* of split between intake and exhaust? And a cam in the mid 220s/230s and a stock stall is enough?

The factory cathedrals like a split non ported.(no one said required)
On ported cathedrals the single patterns seem to respond the best.
A O.E. converter will work fine.
Like I mentioned before this camshaft has tons of upside and room for someone to grow the level of parts around it and not have to make another camshaft change unless the changes get radical.
