Installed height can be whatever. Dont have the heads yet but i will be using rhs pro elite bare castings ported to fit this motor. Really can go wherever i want with springs that will fit the castings

I Would think about running a PAC-1324 (1.625") or a PAC-1326 (1.550") spring. Will need installed heights of 1.97-2.02"

Any opinion on the nextek springs? Ive heard guys have real good sucess with them. Gain some longeviety also

also seems both those pac springs will coil bind.

I am sorry I miss read you intake lift. The 1324 will work at 2.00". Another option would be the PAC-1330 @2.050.

Do you really want my opinion on Nextek springs??? I work for PAC BTW LOL.

Im open for all opinions. Id rather hear it real from someone who works i the industry then internet fan posts.

also is it possible to find something to work with 1.8 rocker ratio. Forgot to add that part.

Whit a 1.8 RR you will be at .895 lift. if you are wanting to go that much, I would run a PAC-1329 at 2.100"

I think NexTek springs are made by PSI. I have a solid roller and went with PAC. My application is a tight lash solid roller for the street and I want it to last. I've used NexTek springs and they are good but this time I went with PAC. The cam specs seem a odd for a high rpm short stroke app. I also recommend that you verify that the lifter's oil band doesn't come out of the oil gallery. You have nearly a 1/2" lobe lift. Those are some aggressive lobes and you will need some serious springs. Tell us more about your cylinder head/valvetrain setup.

Heads really wont be to special. Rhs pro elite bare castings ported to match my setup. My porter says he can give me 440cfm if i want it but i wont need it. Will use jesel shaft rockers, ti valves and retainers, lash caps, 1/2 inch pushrods. Just stout and light. Top that with a efi single plane and a accufab 6500 throttle body on a 4500 flange.

thats the plan as of right now anyways.
