Knocking from the top of the motor

Knocking from the top of the motor I have a loud knocking noise coming from the top of the motor. Pulled the heads and changed lifters and it didn't help. This is a fresh rebuild and ran good the first few start ups. Has everything new, Ls9 cam and valve springs. You can take the #1 intake rocker off and don't have the noise. If you cut fire to that cylinder, it still knocks only stops if you remove the rocker. Took a video of how it sounds.
I'm very interested to see the outcome of this. I'm dealing with what I think could be the same issue (I'll try to post a video soon also) but everything checked out on my car also. Mines a constant knock like a spun rod bearing but its definitely a top end knock.
