Default LQ4 Build help plz

I am trying to build a lq4 with twin turbo. The turbos will come later, but for now I am just trying to build the motor so when I turbo I will not have to go back and make any changes. I am trying to go full forged and am not sure which set of parts will work best with each other. Currently I am looking at a Eagle full rotating assembly from summit. Then I am also not sure how I would go about building the top end. I tried doing some research on 317 heads that came stock with the motor, but I could not find much info on it. People seem to use different heads. Any reason? Any advice would be of great assistance. Budget is not a problem. I want a 800hp motor that will be as reliable as possible. I know twin turbo isnt the way to go but its what I want for my truck. Its going in a 72 c10 on bags. Just saying =D Also if im not in the correct area please re-direct me.

Check out some of the sponsors here on the site (TSP, LME, Etc). Many of them have experience building high horsepower turbo builds so they can build you exactly what you want or at least get you the parts to do it if you have your own machine shop in mind.

Also I was told the 317 heads are pretty darn good for a turbo setup.

You're right about them being a pain to balance the last two I had took a lot to get them right but never ended up breaking one from to much hp, then again I only had about 1100hp
