Default LS3 cam recommenedation 428

I'm having a new 428 done right now, its a LS3 alum block with a 4.125 stroke. 10.25 compression range
Fast 102 intake
NW 102 T body
Ported LS3 heads
1 7/8ths kooks headers to 3" exhaust
3:55's
4000 Circle D triple disc
4L60E RPM trans
275/60/15 DR
2 stage nitrous 250 combined shot
shift at 6200 (could go higher)
This is my street car that I race
93 Mustang 3000 lbs
the cam that is being rec is Hyd roller
637 in 615 exh
114 centerline
239 in 250 exh at 50
Does this sound about right?
I've usually had more intake then exhaust lift and never had that much exhaust duration.
Maybe because its now bigger cubes?
I run a alum LQ9 and it runs high 10's on the motor with a/c and I can drive it to the track.
its a good sleeper

Thats really not a bad cam you selected particularly for street use. Also, I would get in contact w/Martin or Cam Motion for a cam. That guy ACTUALLY grinds his own cams.

IMO needs a bit more duration for a 428" motor.

Anywhere from 243 to 249 intake duration should help. With The crank being .125 larger than a 4 inch crank.

I'd go with more duration, and a wider I/E split.
