Are these TTY Bolts?
Im thinking of ordering one from alper motorsports. They were rated at 2000 psi, so i think it's similar as the arp 2000 bolts. Have any one use this bolts before?
I couldn't find any reviews on them.

No, they aren't TTY. They are just torqued to an angle value, but can be reused. I've reused them on several engines.
