Default need help with l92 cam?

I have a l92 engine with ls3 intake manifold. I am going to install some lt headers. And it is going in a f-body. It has 5364 heads stock. I am going to do a vvt delete. And wanted to know what would be a good cam to install on this daily driver.

I love my lunati 232 238, 599 601, 113+4. With that lift, it is easy on the springs and is very strong...

Do the heads have to come off or can you run the dials in the block to hold the lifters up?

Default Spring Color = ?

Hi, there are some LS-3 springs, yellow, that will be good for .560" lift.
There are blue springs, steel color springs, those require lower lift.

When you state "no head R&R" do you plan to retain the original springs ?

The GM "advice" states to "spin" the cam, one turn, pushing ALL the lifters to max lift, then cam removal is possible.

I never have tried this though I believe it's possible.

I would regrind your VVT cam, install limiters, use MY VVT controller.
I use Crower to do this with my lobe masters, would you like this ($200.00) option ?
I have "frozen" the VVT motor with no problem found in BAJA race engines, another option.
My ECU-882C has built VVT in control, as yet another option.

What EMS will you use ?
