Default Want to build a stroker, 6.0 bigger block

So I want to build a stroker motor, not happy with my current lq4 l92
I have a set of 823 ported scoggin dickey heads with dual springs and valves and that's it

408 412 416?
What are the best options, a 6.0 block is probably an easier and cheaper find than a 6.2 block.
Intake wise, I don't really want to
Spend the money on a fast, etc, will a stock I take suffice? Ported stock, or is really my best option just going with aftermarket?

Shed some light from those of you who have build and maybe made a few mistakes along the way, not opposed to going carb either

Thanks in advance!

If anyone has used parts that would pertain to this and will ship, let me know!

The only problem with going over .030 bore is Future Rebuilds and with Carb or Stock style intake do you want Low end grunt or Upper band Hp. Hood clearance also with intake choice 600+ Fwhp with either.

Hood clearance is the least of my worries
I want some low end grunt, my current 380 tq motor comes in about 3200
It might be a daily driver for a week, it might see a track 3-4 times a year, but mainly a weekend cruiser beater
