The 7 center LS2 oil pump bolts torque specs.
I have searched the internet and I can find posts where the oil pump rotors are taken out of the pumps but no torque specs are listed for reassembly .
I will be taking the SLP oil pump apart and centering the pump housing to crank oil pump drive gear with feeler gauges .
I e-mailed SLP with no response 10 days ago so I called SLP today and the guy was useless . Well I should say he made sure I will not be buying anymore SLP stuff in the future.
I know the 4 oil pump to block bolts are 18 #.
Does anyone know the torque specs for the 7 center LS2 oil pump bolts ?
Thanks for any help.
Tim

Is a good thing you know about centering the oil pump but not necessary to take it apart to install the filler gauge.
There's only four sets of bolts I use torque wrench on in the entire LS family of engines;
mains, rods, heads and fly wheel.
