Default Water dripping from a spark plug, LS1

Soo today while changing my spark plugs, number 2 cylinder spark plug was full of water .. it was even dripping water all over the place. So is it just a cracked head gasket that leaking water inside the cylinder or could be something worse?

P.s: the engine starts fine and runs fine at low rpm but cuts off at full throttle

Thanks

Are you using power adders, overheating?

Power adders yes.. its a carburated Ls1 with a 650 cfm edlebrock and hi-rise intake, Comp cam (forgot the numbers). And set of high compression ls2 ported heads (10:1).

Overheating? Yes eventually when the coolent level drops.

Blown head gasket if you're 'lucky' .....

Cracked block if you're not .

AFAIK, water doesn't run through the intake.

Water gose to the block without passing through the intake. In ford small blocks yes it gose through the intake first.

How much juice you may have lifted the head, the area of the spark plugs is at the center of the cylinder and where the head is weakest due to meet way point between bolts and the spark plug hole itself helps in the weakening of the area.

Once the head lifts will continue to leak till you change the gasket only problem is it will continue to lift so lets just hope it didn't.
