Solid roller rocker question Okay, so I have a 408 stroker with LS 3 style Heads. I decided to go with a solid roller camshaft/lifter set up. I'll be getting a set of jesel adjustable shaft mount roller rockers.
My question is Should I go with the 1.7 ratio or the 1.8 rockers?
I'm looking for .700+" lift. Looking to turn it 7500 8000 RPM Max.
Which one should I go with?
Oh, and it's a pro-charged set up.

When I ordered my solid roller from Kip recently, he told me the same thing: stick with 1.7 if I can hit my lift goals. So that's what I did, and I went with the Crower shaft setup. I finished the setup on those yesterday, hope to have the engine running within 2 weeks. (waiting on other work on the car to start it)

I see a lot of people (pretty much everyone) use Kip for their cams. He was the guy I was going to go to anyway.

boosted solid roller... 1.7 for boost, highly suggest to stay away from revving no where near that high with boost nice LL solid roller set up with Jesel rockers in the mix.
