Tbss rod knock?

Tbss rod knock? So.... About a month or so ago I was cruising at around 70mph with the windows up and ended up turning my radio off for some reason when I noticed a noise I'd never heard before. It sounded like a ticking/tapping that was barely audible from inside my truck, but didn't sound good.
The sound isn't present or at least I can't hear it when the motor is cold but becomes audible after its heated up and is present at idle and worse around 2k. It either goes away around 4.5-5k or I just can't hear it. I wasn't able to see any metal in the oil on the dipstick but I didn't check the filter from the last oil change I had. I've tried unhooking each injector individually but it doesn't change the sound. It's worse under light throttle. I've tried stalling it to put a load on it while stopped and the sound isn't there. I know I shouldn't be driving it but I've put at least 1500 miles on it since I first heard it and it hasn't gotten any worse.
That's about all I can think of for now but I do have a video of what it sounds like when it was at its worst.
