Hi, need help
ran into trouble last night assembling engine, had purchase some dyne time 5206 morel lifters (supposedly)
some of the lifters don't fit in the bushes, they seem to be spread at the rollers.
i now need new lifters new 5206 might be out of range.
3.926
2.7 crank
mast small bore heads duel spring
cam is 0.629 in 0.621 ex
duration 220 230
lsa 114
engine runs at 6200 for an hr at wide open 15psi v1t vortech.
what lifters will be durable for me?
Thanks

I'd recommend 2116's for this application. Once you factor in new trays (which is always recommended) you're looking at a $118 difference. Yes, they're worth that difference. The internal design and travel are suited perfectly for sustained WOT without worrying about oil aeration and pump-up.

If you have micrometers, measure the bottom ground surface. Usually you can go just below the axle at like 30* to the axle. Then measure the top ground surface. Post the numbers back in this thread. If it's anything over .0005" difference, I wouldn't use them. Most of the time they're worse than that when they spread, though.
