ATI Performance Balancer Issue?

ATI Performance Balancer Issue? Have anybody experience a slight RPM increase in their ride with a ATI Performance balancer (917276). This particle balancer is one of their 10% UD pulley with A/C pulley. It's happening to me at 1000 rpm when idling in park.Cruising on the street,the rpm is at 1500 rpm and the car is driving itself with my feet off the accelerator.I took my 2002 Camaro SS to the shop and they took off the ATI balancer and put on a stock balancer and ride is totally back to normally with no 1000 rpm idling in park and no 1500 rpm cruising with my feet off the pedal.
