Valve clearance Can a .612" cam be installed without a valve relief? I know timing makes a difference, but I am fishing for a general answer. Our .560"lift cam has zero clearance issues.

Without added valve clearance???...this is very good to hear. We will check it but was hoping the valve angle was working for us...

You can have valve clearance issues with .500" lift if your valve opening and closing events are off.
THAT'S WHY you need to provide the cam's specs if you want anyone here to help you!
