New Morel lifter install

Default New Morel lifter install
First I'm a ls newbie. So I'm putting some new Morel lifters in my ls2 along with new trays and I'm curious should I soak my lifters in engine oil? Engine will sit for 2-3 months while I finish my swap. Thanks

Search for a member named "CStraub" and search through his posts. He's a Morel dealer and posted the answer to your question not that long ago.

I installed morel lifters in November. What I did was soak the lifters (standing up) one day before the install. I didn't get to start it until a month later. Haven't had any issues with the lifters. Just make sure the pre-load is per the instructions.

Chris Straub I'm guessing. I just bought some of his Straub rocker arm bushings
