Default What oil pump with piston oilers?

Should I use a high volume pump with piston oil squirters or should a standard pump be sufficient? Or possibly even a dry sump setup? As of now I could go either way as I don't have any part of the oil system yet. But not really looking to spend a wad on a dry sump system. It's a 427 with the ls next block. What you guys suggestions? Thanks for any help.

You should be fine with a quality high volume high, like a melling select.

I went with a Dailey Dry Sump for my LSX LLSR Build with Squirters.
You will need more volume for squirters, 1/4 mile and street a
ported Hi Volume Melling or LSA pump should work up to
~7000 RPM. 1 Mile, Top Speed, or Road Course, 7500+ RPM
I would strongly recommend A Dry Sump to protect your investment.

I wouldn't think that a standard oil pump would be enough. It's going to see the 1/4 mile track and some limited street use.

LS Next block uses less oil internally than a traditional LS block.

I don't have an answer for you on what oil pump to run with piston squirters and LS Next block but I run a standard 10295 oil pump in LS Next per recommendation of Dart.

I to am looking to add piston squirters but not really finding much for the LS Next block.

That's is another thing making this decision so difficult I've heard many times about the ls next needing or using less oil volume than oem or lsx blocks. But I'm not sure how much more oil efficient it is and also how much oil the squirters need to function as designed.
