I wanted to get some break in miles on the motor, an oil change and have the filter cut open to makes sure all is well first. Norris Motorsports also just finished upgrading their dyno & software with the latest and greatest. I'm waiting my turn for the dyno tuning session. I think that maybe sometime next week.
It's amusing I've had three people ask what I did to tame the TA's sound because the car sounds so quiet with the XE-R cam'd LS1 & the Mufflex Y-pipe gone. The new motor's valve train & Kook's headers & y pipe do sound subdued. The your car sure doesn't sound bad *** anymore comment made my day

Glad to hear! Mike is always trying to give his customers the best experience. Good luck on dyno day.

Sorry for your loss!
That bites Hard, I hope you are fully covered insurance wise.
I hope it is recovered quick and in good shape.
Social media is a powerful tool it should help.
Good Luck.
Yes the TA was at my home. They got into the residence via breaking a latch on a window and helped themselves to the various items including the TA and Corvette's keys. The Vette's battery was dead otherwise I suspect both cars would have been taken. All the tools in the garage, battery charger, C16 for the Vette and so forth were taken. I think there were several trucks also stolen yesterday in roughly within the same 5 mile radius.
I'm sick over this turn of events.
The Vigo County Sheriff's Office has been very professional and treaded the matter seriously.

I would be too. I hope they stop these clowns and you get your stuff back soon. Until then, keep an eye out on craigslist and other used car sites for anything matching your car's description (even if no pic).
Wow that ******* sucks! Pieces of ****. My home has been broken into twice, took damn near everything the second time. Wifes engagement ring and all her jewelry as well. Sickening. These people should be fng shot, end of story.
Sorry to hear that brother. Fact is it happens A LOT here in Houston. Anything left at home should be locked and looked @ as non useable. My Ford Explorer EB in the garage has only 60K and it's a 08 never even think to place a new battery in it. I know if they get in....it's gone. Keep the s10 on Bricks with the 3 tires in the garage and 1 wheel in the explorer Locked with a dead battery. It's Sad! Drive my hooptie 00 chevy cavalier my *granny's old car. Drives damn good though. These guy's go to neighborhoods during the day LOOKING for unattained homes... All my neighbors next to me and myself have pitbulls, the woman down the block got hit about a month ago. Pitbull and AT&T home security..ph,cable,interweb. You can look in your home real time. I pray you had Full coverage insurance on the older car.....i know it cost a tad bit.
Friend of mine got killed and robbed over 5k *outside the club* and everyone there knew each other on the Dice... No one's arrested. Setup! It's a Crazy World guy's and you gotta be 1 step ahead of these criminals. Keep your Head on a swivel. From a Ex criminal hustler. Believe me I know....
99 Black Bird T/A- Here's to getting it back in one piece, and bad guys caught!
PS- This might be the ONE time you want the fuel filter to load up, stalling the whole episode!
The power of social media....maybe a clogged fuel filter...and because almost no one can drive a stick these days...
The TA was spotted by someone that learned about the theft via my girlfriend's Facebook post. The person followed and reported the sighting to law enforcement. When law enforcement began to follow the stolen TA it appears the car stalled and suspects quickly abandoned the car and tried to flee on foot. According an eye witness two males and a female were arrested.
Hopefully, in a few days the TA will be processed through impound and evidence collection completed. Then I can determine condition...
On-star or LoJack is definitely going to be on my Christmas shopping list for severally cars...
Thank you everyone one for the moral support and efforts.
This has two extremely stressful days.
