Default Morel Lifter wear
Bought Morel 5290 lifters for a new LS7 engine and noticed some metal in the break-in mineral oil after 100mile and 500mile. Pulled the valvetrain -Is this scuffing on the lifters normal after 500miles (can only be seen under bright light):

Looks like most lifters I've pulled out. Small metal is normal in a new engine.
