LS3 versus LS7 Head Gaskets

The little steam holes are moved out a little to accommodate the bigger bore. The top ones you will see are moved up/in a little. Also the lower ones are moved down a little but are less noticable. Also holes in the back are a little different as the head holes are moved over for the bigger bore. I had to figure this all out as I have an ERL block which has a LS2 base but and LS7 head. The block holes are about the same in each it is the head that is the driver when picking out a gasket.

Thanks guys.
The reason I ask is that I have a line on a new set of TFS LS7 heads. Just need to sort out the little detail before I ****** them up.
They'd be going on my 429ci LS3.
I guess I REALLY should've asked "which head gasket" to go with; LS3 or LS7.....
Yeah.....darn near identical.
