What could this noise possibly be?

Question What could this noise possibly be?

So I will post a video soon but its hard to hear. Anyways I did a cam swap on my LS3 and have since put 800 miles on it. Runs great but noticed the oil seemed glittey at the 500 mile oil change. Sent some in to Blackstone and the results shows everything normal except for aluminum being 18 ppm while the average is 7 ppm. They said it could just be normals break in material from all the new parts (cam,oil pump, lifters, etc.). Drove it a little more and one morning last week i start it up to a squeaking coming from the motor. I left it at home that day and when i got home i started it and drove maybe a mile and the squeaking went away but it has a quiet knocking now at 2000-2800 ish rpm. Cant hear it at idle and cant hear it any higher rpm. Are my bearings toast? I feel like a rod knock would be there at idle also and I have heard rod knocks before, they do not sound good. Few people have suggested to me that the squeaking was a bearing spinning and now the knock is from that. Any things i should check for? I plan on pulling the valve covers off to check the springs and rockers today since they were all off during the cam swap.

During initial start up after the cam swap, did you prime the oiling system? How long did it take to get up to pressure? Also, what is the current idle oil pressure?

You didnt happen to knick one of the cam bearings during cam install?

Light metal "glitter" is normal after a fresh cam/lifter install, to a certain extent. Being high in aluminum PPM is usially not normal tho.

So the engine was prelubed before start. Problem is that my first start was about 10 seconds with zero oil pressure due to my buddy not installing the correct o-ring on the melling out pump. He is a long time mechanic and figure I could trust him to do that as I was under the car bolting the headers back on. Second start up it had instant oil pressure though and has been running a steady 32ish psi and idle. Recently after the sound started it has dropped to around 27ish psi which worries me.

Honestly about to just pull the motor. Check the bearings, I would rather not keep running it and make it worse.
