Default 4.8 crank in ls3
im interested in doing a 4.8 crank in a bored over ls3 block i know lunati makes the 6.3 inch long rods. can anybody point me in the way of pistons?

Race Tec/ Auto Tec does custom pistons for a decent price. Lots of option check out there site.

If you use the 4.8 rods with the 4.8 crank, you can use factory LS3 pistons.

That ought to make a "BUZZ BOMB"!! I have a used stock 4.8 crank. Don't even need turning, just cleaned up. Where are you located?

If you use stock ls3 heads you'll be needing to turn some major RPM
