Default Need Advice on Tuning after rebuild!!

Long story short. Had LS3 rebuilt, new piston rings, bearings, valve spings, and all seals. Motor had a spun rod bearing to begin with. While it was apart I got the stock heads CNC ported by Livernois Motorsports in Michigan. Also bought a new Mcleod Twin disk clutch to hold the power. Car is TSP stage 3 cam and bolt ons. It was tuned for all that prior by Dr. Phil and the only difference will be the porting. Question is, how do I break the motor and clutch in before a re-tune? Clutch recommends 500 miles city driving and builder said 100 to seat piston rings and break in bearings. How do I go about this?

Original plan was to just heat cycle 2-3 times after first start, then drive 100 miles to seat the pistons varying rpm and no decel with the clutch in. Then let Dr. Phil re-tune it on the dyno? Any advice guys?
