Rear wheels and tires back on. Did a little clearance go on the calipers while they were off. They were just barely clearing. Wasn’t comfortable with it.
Got some new blacked out factory style headlights. Couldn’t handle the projectors. Also VHT’d the rear lights, 3rd brake light, side markers, and turn signals.
Got the bottle mount set for good. I still want t change my feed line setup a little. Want to do a 1/4 turn valve and 4” gauge by me.
And got a coolant overflow tank mounted.
Only things I have left is adding a headlight pigtail on one side and a turn signal bulb socket as well. Not sure what happened to them. Gotta get the windows tinted as well. Can’t handle the fishbowl look at me clear glass lol. And still trying to find a parachute mount that is the right size for what I have already. And then some tuning and start making hits.
Surprised you're still rockin' the big single out of a Y. Nice progress can't wait to see it run.
Yeah I know lol. I don’t like how the Texas speed x pipe is made and I think the 3” would still be a restriction at my power level. I want to fabricate a 3.5” x pipe. Or probably just end up with some vibrant mufflers off the collectors lol
Well I had a little delay. Had a bad Holley engine harness that wouldn’t fire the coils or injectors sometimes and if you moved the harness a certain way with the car running it would kill it. So I had to tear the dash back off, intake off, starter off, etc to swap out the harness. Got it fired up this morning before work and had Holley self learning the idle. Within seconds it was idling on its on. So here’s a short clip of it idling through the 4” dynomax muffler.
Parachute mount will be here tomorrow. So got to get that on, need to run the valves after that initial warm up today, change oil, do a little more tuning, tidy up some things like getting the dash back in, cleaning up some wiring, wash it, then hit the dyno or track really soon.

It’s so simple I can do it lol. So simple yet one of the fastest guys in the world uses it. Stevie Jackson. It’s awesome and affordable. You can be in it for your car for less than $1800.
