Default 5.3 LC9 Lost oil pressure

Rebuilt 5.3 with new Rods, pistons, mild camshaft DOD delete, stage 2 heads. We had oil pressure for about 2 days. Driving today oil pressure went to ZERO. Checked oil pressure sensor and swapped a new one in still at zero. Checked galley plug by oil pump and turned over we have oil on front of motor and down by filter. Nothing on top of motor. Pulled valve cover and no oil on lifters or coming from push Rods. Any suggestions. Yes front and rear galley plugs are in. New o-ring on pick up tube and all galley plugs replaced

Changed filter right off the start, pulled oil pressure sending unit and have no oil even on the sensor now.

So in doing some research there is a relief valve on the oil pan for AFM. I have all AFM and DOD deleted. If that gets stuck open would that cause me to loose pressure on my top end and not be getting a pressure reading?

Default Oil Pump Pressure Valve

Hi, I would ask if you centered the oil pump to the crankshaft ?

I would ask if you inspected/shimmed the oil pump pressure valve ?

I would ask if you changed the oil pump/brand ?

I would ask if you cut open the oil filter ?
