Default Spark plug heat range

Good evening everyone,

I am finishing up an LS3 build to swap into my 02 SS after the old LS1 decided to hydrolock cylinder 6 and commit suicide.

Long story short I have pieced together a cam only LS3, stock c/r, aftermarket throttle body and it will have full exhaust. The cam is an EPS 228/240 .630/.604 113 LSA.

So my question is will stock heat range plugs be perfectly fine or do i need to go to a lower heat range? Or would that be something to worry about if i changed the compression ratio?

Thanks

I would go with either NGK TR55 or TR6 iridiums.

On my 11.8 setup I'm running the NGK TR6 iridiums.
