Default STUCK Crank bolt LQ4 Help! Loosens then locks up

Alright guys, just finishing up my turbo lq4 build and ran into to my first issue. I used the stock crank bolt to tighten to 250ftlbs, then when I started loosening about 2 turns out it started to seize up. I tried working it back and forth to no avail. I'm not sure what to do as I believe it will break or strip the crank.
And don't shoot me, but for now I cleaned the balancer and bolt with alcohol the drowned it in red lock tite where the bolt meets the balancer, then successfully torqued it to 250lbs.
should I roll the dice and leave it? Or risks breaking it off?

Are you using an air gun, or a ratchet to attempt removal?

Using a ratchet. I used the impact to install the bolt before I torque it.

Did you use the bolt, or install tool to install the damper?

I used the bolt, I tapped the balancer on with a wood block until I could get about 4 full turns the tightened it down. It went on fairly easy and have done this before on 4 other builds.

Maybe, maybe not. It worked before for you before, but you’ve finally ran into the reason why you’ve read that you shouldn’t do it that way.
Option 1...run it.
Option 2...get the bolt out, by whatever means necessary, and see what needs to be done to use your new bolt. Maybe just a clean up with a tap. Maybe a timesert.

I’d bet most would go with option 1...
