Opinions on timing chain and trunion bushings or bearings
I'm almost to the point of wrapping by engine build up. I'm down to needing a few things and looking for suggestions on what to run. Here is the specs on my build......Going into my 99 WS6
LS3 block 4.070" bore
Wiseco flat top -3cc forged pistons
Callies Compstar rods with ARP2000 bolts
New GM crankshaft with billet 24x reluctor
ARP main studs and head studs
LS3 821 heads with BTR .660" springs with titanium retainers
Johnson 2116LSR linkbar lifters
BTR PDS Stage IV cam
GM LSA Supercharger with ZL1 lid pullied for around 15lbs boost
CTSV front accessory drive
I'm having trouble deciding on a timing chain setup and what to do for the rocker arm trunion bushings or bearings.
On the timing chain I have a Rollmaster CS1185 billet steel 1X trigger double roller with iwis double chain. Some guys have told me I should just use a single chain setup. My melling 10296 hp/hv oil pump come with the needed spacers for the double chain setup so I'd be okay there.
I have stock LS3 rocker arms also, need to upgrade the stock bearings. I'm leaning towards bushings but not sure which ones. Probably either Straub or CHE, or the BTR trunion bearing kit. Just looking for some suggestions and opinions.

Use the double roller for sure. Sometimes u will need to do some slight clearancing the the melling pumps and the front timing cover. Nothing to serious tho.
I would use the straub bushings. The other trunion lits with the bearings dont seem any better than a oem rocker setup. Only benefit would be more travel for larger lift cams.
With the straub bushings there is no chance on needle bearings coming apart!

Timing chain really doesn't matter. Pick what will let you sleep at night. I went with a stock LS2 chain and gears.
For the rocker arms, I like the CHE kit the best. I installed them on my LS7 arms and have put ~2500 miles on them with a similar cam and the same BTR springs.

TSP recommended the CHE kit to me. They told me that's ALL they use in their "stock rocker" builds. My kit showed up today, it looks super high quality. In my opinion, the slip-fit flanged bushings will eliminate the possibility of improper install which seems to be a common cause of problems some have. I'm glad I went CHE.

Well I ended up ordering a CHE trunion bushing kit off epay.... they had a 20% off coupon code so I got them for $175, they were listed for $219 from Hawks. I'd like to find some good bolts for the rocker arms. I'm still kinda torn about the double roller timing setup but I think I'll run it since I already have it. Really nice part, has billet steel gears with 1x cam trigger and has a torrington bearing, IWIS double roller chain so I think it will be good, just maybe overkill to some.

The only real difference between Straub's or Smith Bros. and CHE is the CHE is a full floating bushing design, where the others have the bushing pressed into the rocker. I can see the advantage of the CHE in that it would be a more friction-free design, but I don't know if that's enough of a difference for a decision between them.
