I just built a road race ls3 for a customer who blew up his ls6. He already had the trick flow 515 kit top end kit on his ls6 so we used all those parts including the trick flow cam. The compression with the 4.070 ended up at 11:0 to 1. The ls3 bottom made 453/450 on the wheel dyno. the ls6 made 447/415. The car picked up 50 ft lbs of tq at 3500.It would probably pick up with a bigger throttle body and bigger exaust

I picked up a stock bottom end LS3 yesterday, and a set of TFS 255 heads. Trying to decide if the Fast 102 is worth the $ over the stock LS3 intake or not...That's a big diff in price for not too many more horses...Im prob going to go with TSP Stage 2 cam at 229/244 .629"/.615...Hopefully that cam wont have any PTV issues....

F-body rwhp will always read lower than vettes given on the same exact combo....
Example- A LS7 427 ZO6 making 600 rwhp... take the motor out the vette and put it in a camaro/firebird the 600 rwhp magic number will not show up.

A mid length runner fast will offer another 1000+ rpm of power band, higher peak power rpm, and way more average power. above 5500 rpm.
A cam that large doesn't even come into tune until ~4500 rpm.

Me and Hiossilver built this combo in 2 cars A being my 2015 1LE with electric power steering and B being my c6 with power steering but i had a crank scraper and ATI on the C6. Numbers on same dyno are with in a few horsepower and torque so debunked as far as the C6 is magically 4% more efficient. Plus once you lose that initial % it does not continue to infinity at some point the loss is mute. If it only takes 60HP loss through the drivetrain at 1000 HP is it going to take 300? No.

I offer our Kaotik grind (235/243 .621/.624 113+2) or our bigger VRSP-3 (239/247 .624/.624 114+4). The Kaotik has been proven to make upwards of 490-500rwhp on manual C6 cars with STOCK heads/intake manifolds/throttle bodies on ours and other dynos, and the SP-3 will make a bit more peak RPM power and a heavier idle if you're looking for something more max-effort. The Kaotik is a NICE driver in the LS3 and with your TFS heads would be a solid street combo with great power delivery.
Here's some links for both. Feel free to call or e-mail me if you have any questions at all on either of these or any other parts for your build!
