Broken main side bolt
Broken main side bolt I tried the search but didn't find anything. Putting a 5.3 bottom end together, and my side bolt for the #1 main broke. Hate to ask, but would it be ok to leave it the way it is from a stability stand point, or should I remove it, and replace it?
Which probably isn't what you want to hear, but not much to be done about that now. 
Luckily I was able to get it out in one piece so I didn't have to drill and tap anything. Have no clue as to why it broke. I was using a 3/8 tech angle snap-on torque wrench. Chased the threads before and after using a chaser and not a tap. Threads seemed ok, and no trash was in them. Who knows.
