Default help i what direction to go

will be sending a bare ls3 block to get fix around first of year and if all goes well with it i want to build a really strong motor, better than my last. so heres whats going on with the ls3.... after months of having this block i notice piece of metal that broke of lifter valley and a scare in the #7 cly. that my finger nail can snag on it well after searching i found a shop thats confident they can fix and sleeve lifter valley,

so my question now is should i do bigger bore and stock stroke or should i do a 417 or 418 i dont plan on any power adders at all just a nicve n/a build that i would to possibly make close to 450 to the ground if possible in a regular cab silverado. truck will be a actual truck that make see a few drag events but mainly "street"

fully open to head/cam suggestion and just insight in general..

Do you have anything bought yet besides the block? How much do you want to spend?
