Default Cylinder head and intake decision

Recently bought a DART LS NEXT SHP block 4.125 bore, I知 using a 4.100 crank to make it a 438. With -2.8cc dome pistons. I want my build to Consist of street/strip but mostly street because I still would like to be able to drive it whenever I would want too. When racing I will be spraying no more than a 200 shot. I知 shooting for about 900hp to the crank. My question is on my intakeand heads selection. For Intake I know I want a Holley high ram, but I知 stuck between a 102/105. I was looking into the brodix BR7 sts 264cc heads, with 71cc combustion chambers which would put me at about 11.5:1 compression. seems like a great head with some good flow numbers. But I wasn稚 sure if it would be too much head for me or not. If anybody could help me out I would appreciate it

That is still a pretty big motor I could see you going with a 273 Brodix head and with the nitrous you need a good exhaust port. You might want to look at some shops like WCCH or LME that have CNC programs that are a little more robust than the off the shelf ones.

Freakk, if I were you, I’d contact Tony Mamo. He’s been in the airflow game for a long time, and can help you make big N/A numbers.

I have built dozens of really stout LS7 combinations with my MMS 265 LS7 heads.....you should really take the time to Google if your unfamiliar with my products and some of the results I have been putting up on a consistant basis (625 - 650 RWHP in stock block C6Z06 combo's all day long). Go on the C6Z/ZR1 section of the Corvette forum and you will see a bunch of independent documentation of various independent builds from mild to more aggressive.

Here are just a few that are more notable

Feel free to email, call or PM me (email or phone preferred!)

I can help you set up the entire combination.....not just sell you a pair of cylinder heads.

Look forward to potentially discussing this in more detail with you

Regards,
Tony

Anything worth doing is worth doing well. Build it right the first time....its alot cheaper than building it twice!!
