Main Cap ID

I'm tearing down an ls3 block that I just bought, it's resleeved with a 4.130 bore. It has steel main caps instead of the factory caps, they are also pinned. Im just curious as to who made the caps, does anyone recognize these caps?

Who sleeved the block? ERL had their own steel caps, but I think that they were engraved with the ERL logo?

I was told it was done by ERL, but it has no logos, but it does look like the ones I've found in pictures.
