Default Tbss ls2 compatible with lq4/9

Have an ls2 from my 06 tbss that I plan on building and boosting. Can I do a direct BLOCK swap with an lq4 and or lq9. I have new forged internals I just want to make sure that I can use an lq4 block.

Might depend on the year of your LQ block. I have an LQ4 in my GMC, and a 403" TBSS LS2 on the engine stand. Off the top of my head, I know the knock sensors are in different locations.

Might look through here:

Knock sensors are going to be deleted anyway so if that's the only difference I'm cool with that
